1. Order & Fulfillment
By placing an order on Nooav, you are requesting a secure transaction. Orders are finalized only after confirmation and payment via Fawran or Cash on Delivery.
2. Majlis Home Viewing
Home viewing requests are subject to availability. Nooav reserves the right to request proof of identity before delivery to a private residence.
3. Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition with all seals intact. Custom or personalized orders are final sale.
4. Limitation of Liability
Nooav acts as a premier store. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of products once they have been accepted by the customer during delivery.
